You may return your order within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Items should be returned in the original packaging whenever possible
  • No restocking fees are charged

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:

  • Return shipping costs are fully covered by us
  • In many cases, a return may not be required
  • We will offer a free replacement or a full refund

Returns for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong item selected):

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

How to Return an Item

2. Packaging
Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging.

3. Return Shipment
Ship the item according to the instructions provided after your return request has been approved.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
  • After this period, orders are processed and cannot be canceled
  • Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Processing time: Up to 3 business days
  • Refund method: Original payment method used at checkout
  • Currency: Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency (USD)

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
