- Tracking Update: Once your order is received, you will get a confirmation email with tracking information and we will start processing it. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery.

Potential Delays
If the maximum time for order processing and shipping has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, allow up to 2 extra days (Monday to Saturday) and don't forget to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us, quoting your order number.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us at info@venolure.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has started processing. If you no longer want to keep the item after delivery, you can request a return by following the procedure outlined in the Return and Refund Policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send a photo and details to info@venolure.com. We’ll make arrangements to send you a replacement or the correct item as soon as possible.
