How long does delivery take?

Can I choose a specific delivery date or time?
At this time, we do not offer scheduled delivery options. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
My delivery is delayed. What should I do?
Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe. If your order is delayed, please check your tracking information first. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact our support team.
Why did I receive multiple packages?
In some cases, items may be shipped separately. If part of your order is missing, it will usually arrive within a few additional days.

Returns & Refunds
How can I return an item?
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details and instructions.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are processed and can no longer be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if needed.
Tracking (Track & Trace)
Where can I find my tracking information?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order using your order number and email address.
My tracking information is not updating. Why?
Tracking updates may take several hours to become active after shipment. Please allow some time for the carrier to process the package.
I did not receive a tracking email. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will resend your tracking details.
