Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, please contact us at info@venolure.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has started processing. If you no longer want to keep the item after delivery, you can request a return by following the procedure outlined in the Return and Refund Policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send a photo and details to info@venolure.com. We’ll make arrangements to send you a replacement or the correct item as soon as possible.
What are the return conditions?
You can return items within 30 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@venolure.com. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
