Frequently Asked Questions

How long does delivery take?
Below you’ll find the average delivery time for all our packages:
If your order is placed before 1:00 PM, it will be processed the same day:

  • Processing time: 1–3 days (Mon–Sat)

  • Delivery time: 3–8 days (Mon–Sat)

At Venolure, we are committed to sustainability and environmental protection. Instead of shipping small individual orders daily, we consolidate orders and ship them once a minimum threshold is reached. This approach helps reduce our environmental impact, and we appreciate your understanding as we work together for a healthier future.

What are your return policies?
Want to return an order? Maybe the product didn’t meet your expectations or you have another reason. Regardless of the reason, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. You are responsible for the return shipping costs from your location to our return address.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@venolure.com. We will process your refund within 7 days after receiving the returned item, provided the item is in perfect condition.

Can I cancel my order?
We reserve the right to approve or decline an order at our own discretion, even after confirmation or payment authorization.
Please note that orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

What if I receive the wrong product?
If you received the wrong, missing, or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide your order number, product photos, and relevant details. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Is my online order secure?
Yes. When you place an online order using a credit card, it is done on an SSL-encrypted website and the payment is securely processed through our payment provider. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

What are the shipping costs?
We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

Where is my package?
Once your package is handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a tracking notification. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you’ll receive a tracking number for each package.

Why is my tracking number not working?
It can take 1–2 business days for the shipping provider to update the tracking status. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to do so, we recommend returning the product and placing a new order for the correct item.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@venolure.com. We’ll do our best to update your order before it is shipped.
