Shipping Information – Venolure

Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Of course, you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

To operate as sustainably as possible and offer fair prices for our products, we have chosen to pack goods in specific quantities. Once the minimum quantity is reached, the entire order is shipped in a single parcel from our supplier. We appreciate your understanding and ask for your support in helping us build a better and healthier world!


Delivery

Below you’ll find the average delivery time for all our packages:
If your order is placed before 1:00 PM , it will be processed the same day:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat)

  • Delivery time: 3–8 business days (Mon–Sat)

Estimated Total Delivery Time (Approx.):
After placing your order, you can easily check the estimated delivery time once processing is complete. You will receive a personal tracking code via email that allows you to track your order using our Track & Trace app. Click on our Track & Trace app to follow your package.


Always Free Shipping

We cover the shipping costs. All orders are shipped FREE to your address. There is no minimum order amount.


Lost Package?

If you received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Which item is damaged

  • A short description

  • Photographic evidence

If your package was damaged upon delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service.
All claims for damaged parcels must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. We cannot issue refunds, credit, or compensation without evidence of damage reviewed by a member of our support team.


Import Fees

In some cases, customs may inspect your delivered package. Unfortunately, as of July 1, 2021, we have no control over this due to changes in law. In rare instances, customs may apply a small import fee. This happens in only about 1% of cases. If import fees are charged, feel free to contact us.


Not Home at Delivery or Post Pickup

If a package is delivered to your door or to a postal pickup point, Venolure covers the shipping cost. However, if the package is not accepted or is not picked up from the postal point, it will be automatically returned to the supplier, and we reserve the right to deduct €15 from the total refund amount.


Why Isn’t My Tracking Number Working?

In some cases, the shipping carrier may take 1–2 business days to update the package location. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
